About Us
The Benchmark Awards recognises innovators and those organisations that set the tone and direction for all others to follow. After almost 30 years The Benchmark Awards have expanded to Australia with the first awards program to take place in 2026.
Run biannually the first awards program launches in January 2026 and runs until March with the Finalists and Winners announced in April and the second program starts in May and runs until August. The awards recognise organisations that provide solutions and services in the category of Technology examining everything from Retail Loyalty Programs to Warehouse Robotics, there are 18 categories in total.
Entry in The Benchmark Awards is FREE, those organisations that qualify to proceed to the next round of assessments there will be a one off judging assessment fee of $2,000 per award category entered to proceed, there will be no additional fees. If you qualify for the next round but don’t procced to the final round your assessment fee will be refunded.
Finalists will receive a special framed certificate, profile published on our website, digital finalists marks and signature files as well as category award logos which can be used for promotional purposes. The one organisation that sets the Benchmark in each category will win a special one off trophy as well all other elements that the finalists receive.

The Summer Awards Program consists of 8 Award categories covering solutions, services as well as Hardware and software applications. Organisations can enter a maximum of three categories in each award program. The one off judging assessment fee if your entry qualifies to the next round is payable for each category you enter. Winter Awards Program
Entry Period: June 10th - August 8th
Finalists Notified: September 4th
Finalists Announced: October 8th
Benchamrk Winner Announced: October 9th
The Winter Awards Program consists of 9 Award categories covering solutions, services as well as Hardware and software applications and programs. Organisations can enter a maximum of three categories in each award program. The one off judging assessment fee if your entry qualifies to the next round is payable for each category you enter. Entry is FREE. Those organisations that make the final judging round there is a one off assessment fee of $2,000 inc GST.

Entries are initially assessed to ensure they meet the minimum eligibility requirements. Entries that make the finalists are evaluated by a judging panel along with a methodology that has been used by The Benchmark Awards since it was established in 1998.

Those organisations that are announced as finalists receive a framed certificate along with various digital assets such as the finalist award logo and email signature banner. Those organisations that are announced as the winner in each category will also receive a one of a kind glass trophy and a special banner to use on their website and for social media.
