Handheld Computers and Devices

This category refers to rugged, purpose-built mobile hardware devices and supporting software used by frontline workers in logistics, retail, manufacturing, field service, and healthcare. These devices are designed for high-volume, mission-critical use rather than consumer convenience. Devices included but not limited to Rugged handheld computers, RF Devices, Mobile Printers, Ruggered Tabets, Vehicle Mounted devices, Mobile Device Management, and Voice Picking Solutions.

Award Criteria and Entry Form

  • The Organisation that are submitting the entry do not need to be an Australian company but they need to have a physical operation in Australia.

  • To be eligible for this award the solution you are putting forward must have been released and available for purchase in Australia from January 2025, this doesn’t need to be a new solution it could be an existing solution.

  • Only Software vendors or end users can enter this category, you can highlight the support from a Consultant or System Integrator but they are not eligible to enter this category, they should enter the Consulting and System Integrator category.
